Relationship with Divorce Guide- Your use of Divorce Guide's services, resources and web site is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and Divorce Guide. This document explains how the agreement is made up, and sets out some of the terms of that agreement.

- Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service;
- Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or
- Any claim that one of your User Submissions caused damage to a third party.
This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Service and your use of the Divorce Guide Website.
Registration Data and Account Security- Provide accurate, current and complete information about you as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Site ("Registration Data");

User Accounts- In order to access some features of the Website, you will have to create a Divorce Guide account. You may never use another's account without permission. You are solely responsible to keep your account password secure. You must notify Divorce Guide immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
- Although Divorce Guide will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of Divorce Guide or others due to such unauthorized use.
- You also understand and agree that we may include certain communications from Divorce Guide such as service announcements, new functionality and administrative messages and that these communications are considered part of Divorce Guide membership by email, regular mail or postings on the Service. You agree that such notices by email or regular mail, and such display of notices or links to notices to you generally on the Service, will constitute sufficient and adequate notice to you of the matters contained therein.

Links to Third-Party Sites- The Services may include hyperlinks to other web sites or content or resources. Divorce Guide may have no control over any web sites or resources which are provided by companies or persons other than Divorce Guide.
- You acknowledge and agree that Divorce Guide is not responsible for the availability of any such external sites or resources, and does not endorse any advertising, products or other materials on or available from such web sites or resources.
- You acknowledge and agree that Divorce Guide is not liable for any loss or damage which may be incurred by you as a result of the availability of those external sites or resources, or as a result of any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy or existence of any advertising, products or other materials on, or available from, such web sites or resources.
Support ServicesSupport Services include a contact form page. The contact form enables the user to make requests for technical support assistance or advertising inquiries at any time (with reasonable efforts to respond within one business day) concerning the use of the Services. All Services support will be provided in accordance with Divorce Guide Services practices, procedures and policies.

TerminationDivorce Guide reserves the right to cancel your Divorce Guide listing for any reason, with or without notice.
You agree that Divorce Guide may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your Divorce Guide account, any associated email address, and access to the Service. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to,
- Breaches or violations or purported breaches or violations of the TOS or other incorporated agreements or guidelines,
