It may sound silly but examples of separation agreements can be obtained from a variety of sources and, in many cases, for a reasonable fee. Many bookshops sell a kit with examples of the wording you can use.
Of course every agreement will be unique and you should obviously use one which is relevant to your situation. An agreement for a childless couple will be of no use to those with a child or children.
Many online legal sites have kits with samples of separation agreements and you can have your lawyer produce one for you too.
There are online sites with samples of agreements for those who do not have the money or wish to engage a lawyer.
Bear in mind that whatever forms you use to record your agreement, it will mean nothing until the court has approved it.
