What if my ex-spouse and I can’t come up with a modified parenting plan? E-mail

If the reason of not coming up with a modified parenting plan is because either one of you does not agree to the proposed changes in the plan, then both of you must go into mediation in order to resolve any existing conflicts with regard to your parenting plan. However, if mediation fails and both of you are still at odds with having your plan changed, then you will have to hire a lawyer and settle your dispute on court.
