It seems the fact Dwayne Wade is about to sign a new six-year contract with Miami Heat is not enough to make divorce lawyers stick it out with his estranged wife, Siovaughn. Recently a ninth attorney quit the team, exasperated with the whole issue.

Previous lawyers who quit working with Mrs. Wade were Andrew Leinoff, Michael Bruck, John Rokacz, Rosaire Nottage, Michael Berger, Burton Hochberg, David Stein, and Dorene Marcus. The 9th attorney, Marsha Fisher, was the one who filed the divorce papers citing "irreconcilable differences" for Mrs. Wade. She also attempted to put the blame on herself when Siohvaughn Wade was arrested for failing to show up for court apointments although she wasn't aware either of Wade's whereabouts when she was supposed to be in court.
Judge Marya Nega noted that Mrs. Wade's pattern of behavior, where she becomes petulant if the divorce proceedings weren't going her way, was unacceptable.
The divorce was initiated by Mrs. Wade in 2009, accusing her husband of spousal abandonment, adultery, infecting her with sexually transmitted diseases, and others. She had initially demanded for a list of names of her husband's sexual partners be made public, until Dwayne Wade sued for libel.
Several weeks ago, Mrs. Wade said that her older son's hair is falling out in clumps because of emotional distress after seeing his father "kiss and hug" his current girlfriend, Gabrielle Union, in front of him.
